Talk Tank
–
Talk Tank is a digital community that serves change the way we think about gender identity on a societal an individual level. As a think tank organisation, they research gender and identity issues and advocate for queer equality and visibility, in real life and in digital spaces. Talk.Tank is a space where questions can be asked and discussed, where we work towards more equality for the queer community and changing the common conception of what identity is.
Graphic System
Talk.Tank’s branding is a layering system of organic shapes and a large color palette. This creates a very flexible and dynamic visual language to the brand to play with across different platforms.
Event Booklets
Talk.Tank hosts an annual festival which brings together queer artists, activists and scholars to deep dive into today's complex topics of identity. For this event we created collectable posters for each speaker and workshop that could fold and bind into a customised booklet. The goal of the layout was to be non-linear and embody the hand-crafted feel of a grassroots movement.
Wayfinding
For the annual TALK.TANK.FESTIVAL we created directional signage that utilized the brand system of overlapping shapes. This creates a unique organic interaction between the graphics and environment.
